Hypnobirthing & Postnatal Support Workshop – a relaxed, friendly session just for mums-to-be!
Laura from inBirth Hypnobirthing will guide you through hypnobirthing techniques and comfort strategies for labour, while guest speaker Jade, The Postnatal Doula, will share practical tips to help you feel supported, confident, and cared for in the early days with your new baby. There’ll be time to ask questions and chat with other local mums-to-be too!
There are two small in-person workshops - you choose which session to attend: Morning session 10:15 – 12:15, Afternoon session 13:30 – 15:30. Cost: £5 per person
