Summer Holiday air dry clay workshops - with croucherli

a chance for young people to get creative with clay, learn a new skill & make something they can cherish for years to come!

with three sessions throughout the day, split into age groups. participants will create their piece & take it home the same day. once dried, they can decorate their creations with paints or pens - guidance will be given at the end of the workshop.

10 - 11am: creature & character creations: 4 - 7 years

an introduction to clay & working with imagination. we'll transform a ball of clay into a creature of character - designed & formed by each participant, these creations will be uniquely theirs.

12 - 1.30pm: flower & leaf pots: 8 - 11 years

we’ll be experimenting with natural textures to create slab-built clay pots. please note, this session will include participants working with real flowers, leaves & foliage - gloves will be provided, but participants with allergies are advised to take extra care.

2.30 - 4pm: phone & jewellery holder: 12 - 16 years

a session designed for secondary school aged children - we'll be making & decorating unique phone & jewellery holders using a range of making techniques, adding texture & 3D sculpture.
