This Policy is for Love Local Essex And Suffolk CIC ('we', 'us', or 'our'); an independent gift shop and overseeing The Work Room, a hireable space for a range of creative activities. Community members and customers – names, contact details, payment information, feedback, and event booking details. 2. Volunteers – names, contact details, references, DBS checks (where required), emergency contact details, and relevant health information for safety. 3. Donors and supporters – contact details, donation history, Gift Aid declarations, and communications preferences. 4. Suppliers and local makers – business contact details, payment information, and correspondence. We may also collect photographs or testimonials (with your consent) for community impact stories, marketing, or funding reports.

3. How We Use Your Data We process personal data to: 1. Provide our retail services & event space hire 2. Manage event bookings, volunteer enrolment, and donations 3. Communicate news, events, and updates (with consent) 4. Fulfil legal and financial obligations, including Gift Aid 5. Monitor and report on our community impact 6.
